Had a nice chat with the front desk staff, very helpful and made check-in a breeze. The room was spacious and it had no carpet, which I loved, perfect for keeping things clean.
Wasn’t exactly a bargain but still acceptable for the experience.

The King Room was spacious and clean, which was a total plus! The bed was super comfy, so I slept great. The bathroom was modern with a nice walk-in shower. Everything felt up to date, and I could definitely appreciate no carpet—great for allergies! Wi-Fi also worked well without any issues.

The room was incredibly spacious and clean, making it perfect for my work trip. The modern decor and comfortable bed contributed to a relaxing environment after long days. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating during check-in. The on-site bar provided a nice place to unwind in the evenings, and the hotel was conveniently close to local amenities.
The internet access was not free unless enrolled in the rewards program.

Y'all, the dining scene near the Marriott was bursting with flavor! Drago's was a standout with its exquisite charbroiled oysters—a true taste of the bayou that left us craving more. The poolside bar? Well, when it wasn't under the critter drama, their cocktails made you forget the chaos. I also appreciated the free parking, making it hassle-free to explore Baton Rouge's food gems.
On the flip side, with that pricetag over $200/night, I expected a little more ‘who dat! ’ magic. Had to battle a non-functioning shower and then a power outage in the second room. Staff didn’t offer so much as a comped breakfast to make up for it—a letdown after a long day at the ball fields.

We really loved how close the hotel was to great local eateries where we could dig into some delicious Cajun food. The beds were incredibly comfy, which made our nights restful after long days.
My wife says that the bathroom could use a better design for families, like more space for kids' stuff.
